How to use this site

Press Register to sell. Sales open for registration are listed under Available for Registration. A sale under Coming Soon isn't open to everyone yet — if the organizers gave you an access code, type it in there and press Unlock.

Pick the sale you want to join. The card shows the date and how many seller spots are left. If only one sale is open, this step is skipped and you go straight to the next one.

If you've sold with us before, enter any one of your email, Seller ID, phone or name and press Continue — we'll find your record and you'll keep your existing Seller ID. If this is your first sale, press I'm new here.

Returning sellers see a Welcome back screen with a masked email and phone so you can check it's really your record before anything is revealed. Press Yes, that's me to carry on, or That's not me to search again.

Name, email and phone. The text-message box is required — it's how the organizers reach you during the sale if there's a question about your items or something is left over. New sellers don't have a Seller ID yet; one is created on the next screen.

This is the important screen. Your Seller ID is the short code that identifies your items. It's also emailed to you — press Resend email if it doesn't arrive. Press Print tag sheet (pre-filled) to get your tags with your Seller ID already printed on them — use these tags for your items.

Keep your Seller ID somewhere safe. If you lose it, the next section shows how to get it back.

The link sits at the bottom of the seller list on the home page. Search by name, phone or email — whichever you're most confident the organizers have on file.

Your Seller ID appears in the results. Copy puts it on your clipboard, and Download Tags PDF gets you a tag sheet with the ID already filled in.

Also linked from the home page. Enter your Seller ID if you know it, or switch to By Name and search for yourself.

Check the name and ID shown are yours, then press View & Print Tags. The tag sheet opens as a PDF in a new tab — print it straight from there.

Print from the tab that opens rather than saving and re-uploading the PDF elsewhere — some viewers rearrange the tag layout.

I sold last time — do I get a new Seller ID?

No. Your Seller ID stays the same from sale to sale. When you register, look yourself up by email, phone, Seller ID or name and the site reuses your existing record.

I've changed my last name since I last sold.

Search by email or phone instead — those still find you. A name search can't match, because the organizers still have your previous name on file.

How does my Seller ID get onto my tags?

Use the tags this site prints for you — your Seller ID is already on every one of them, so they're ready to attach as they are. Every item needs one of these tags with your Seller ID on it: that's how a sold item gets matched back to you, and a tag with no Seller ID can't be credited to anyone.

The sale says it's full.

You can still register — you'll be added to the waitlist and told your position. If a spot opens up the organizers work down the list.

My confirmation email never arrived.

Check your spam folder first. You can press Resend email on the confirmation screen, or look your Seller ID up again at any time using Find your Seller ID.

A sale is listed as Coming Soon and I can't register.

That sale hasn't opened to the public yet. If the organizers gave you an early-access code, type it into the box on the sale's card and press Unlock. Otherwise, check back once registration opens.

Why is the text-message box required?

It's the only reliable way to reach you quickly during the sale — for example if an item needs a price check, or you have items to collect at the end.
